Met | The need has been fully addressed — the gap no longer exists or has been resolved to the satisfaction of the declaring agent. Typically set when one or more fulfilled attestations cover the full scope of the original need. |
OPN |
Open | The need has been declared and is actively seeking a response. No commitment has yet been fulfilled against it, or existing commitments have not yet resulted in an attestation of completion. |
PMT |
Partially Met | One or more commitments linked to this need have been fulfilled (as attested), but the gap has not been fully addressed. The need remains open for additional responses. |
WDN |
Withdrawn | The need has been retracted by the declaring agent. The gap may have been resolved through means not captured in the graph, or the need may have been declared in error. Withdrawn needs are retained in the graph for provenance. |
