Six independently-rated assessment dimensions for an individual seeker's spiritual life, per GMO's Spiritual Growth Model. Each pillar concept is typed both skos:Concept and gc:AssessmentDimension; the per-pillar reading is a gc:AssessmentDatum carrying gmo:beliefRating + gmo:actionRating + a gc:datumValue from gmo:PostureScheme. Distinct from gc:PracticeType (a church-practice descriptor) and from gc:theological-disciplines — see Principle 11b (frameworks are not commensurable).

`GMOPIL-BAP`	Baptism	The seeker's relationship to baptism — from no awareness of baptism as a step of obedience, through understanding and intention, to being baptized and finally encouraging or facilitating the baptism of others. A largely achievement-shaped pillar (baptized / not) overlaid on the posture ladder. Per-pillar posture operationalization (GMO deck): Committed ≈ has been baptized; Multiplying ≈ leads or encourages others toward baptism.
`GMOPIL-BEL`	Belief	The seeker's belief in the gospel — movement from no awareness of the gospel claim, through curiosity and intellectual assent, to a personal profession of faith and ultimately a settled, reproducing conviction. The pillar that anchors the belief axis of the belief×action transformation quadrant. Per-pillar posture operationalization (GMO deck): Committed ≈ has made a personal profession of faith; Multiplying ≈ helps others come to belief. The belief axis of the transformation quadrant (gmo:beliefRating). Example: A seeker rated Belief/Committed has made a profession of faith; rated Belief/Interested is actively asking gospel questions but has not yet professed.
`GMOPIL-BIB`	Bible	The seeker's engagement with Scripture — from never reading the Bible, through occasional exposure, to consistent personal reading and finally guiding others into the Word. Measures both posture toward Scripture and concrete Bible-reading behavior. Per-pillar posture operationalization (GMO deck): Committed ≈ reading the Bible 4+ times a week; Multiplying ≈ leading others in Scripture engagement. No gc:PracticeType cross-link asserted — gc:PracticeTypeScheme has no personal Scripture-reading concept (gc:TeachingTheWordPractice covers teaching, a different act), and a forced relatedMatch would be misleading (Principle 11b).
`GMOPIL-CHR`	Christ-Likeness	The seeker's growth in Christlike character and obedience — from a life unshaped by Christ, through early evidence of transformation, to consistent Christlike conduct and finally reproducing that formation in others. The most holistic pillar, integrating belief and action across the whole of life. Per-pillar posture operationalization (GMO deck): Committed ≈ consistent evidence of Christlike character and obedience; Multiplying ≈ discipling others toward Christlikeness. The action axis (gmo:actionRating) is especially load-bearing here.
`GMOPIL-FCM`	Faith Community	The seeker's connection to a body of believers — from isolation, through occasional contact with Christians, to regular participation in a faith community and finally gathering or leading others into community. The pillar most directly tied to the VITAL funnel's 'Loyal' stage (joins a faith community). Per-pillar posture operationalization (GMO deck): Committed ≈ regularly participates in a gathered faith community (online or in person); Multiplying ≈ gathers or leads others into community. Distinct from gc:memberOfEkklesia, which is a formal disciple-asserted membership relation rather than a graded posture. Example: A seeker rated FaithCommunity/Committed attends a weekly online gathering; rated FaithCommunity/Aware knows other believers but does not yet gather with them.
`GMOPIL-PRA`	Prayer	The seeker's life of prayer — from no practice of prayer, through occasional or crisis prayer, to a consistent personal prayer life and leading others to pray. Measures both the internal posture and the observable rhythm of prayer. Per-pillar posture operationalization (GMO deck): Committed ≈ a consistent personal prayer rhythm; Multiplying ≈ teaching and leading others in prayer.
