Nine elements of a Church Circle ekklesia-health diagnostic. Generic DMM/CPM movement vocabulary curated by GC because no single organization owns the tool. Each element cross-links to the corresponding gc:PracticeType* concept where one exists, via skos:exactMatch. Used as the dimension scheme for gc:MethodologyChurchCircle assessments. Result-values are per-element present/absent/reproducing booleans, NOT scaled ratings — see the v0.34.0 design rationale on per-methodology native value shapes.

Code Label Definition
CHCIR-BAP Baptism Believer's baptism is practiced in this body — those who profess faith are publicly baptized, marking entry into the visible community of disciples. In the Church Circle diagnostic, Baptism is recorded as present, emerging (catechumens being prepared), or absent.
CHCIR-DIS Disciple-Making Members are actively making new disciples — sharing the gospel in their oikos networks and walking new believers into obedience to Jesus. The Church Circle records whether disciple-making is happening, who is doing it, and whether the body is reproducing or stagnant.
CHCIR-GIV Giving Practiced generosity — financial sharing, hospitality, support of the poor, and resourcing of mission. The Church Circle records whether the body gives, who gives, and whether the giving is sustaining the body's life and outward mission.
CHCIR-LDS Lord's Supper Communion / the Lord's Supper is regularly observed by the gathered body. The Church Circle records frequency and inclusion — whether the practice is regular, occasional, or absent, and whether all baptized members participate.
CHCIR-LED Leadership Development Indigenous leaders are being identified, trained, and released — the body is not dependent on an outside trainer or planter. In DMM contexts this is the core indicator of multiplication readiness. The Church Circle records whether the body has its own leaders, whether those leaders are training the next generation, and whether leadership is reproducing.
CHCIR-LOV Love / Serving One Another Members love and serve one another — bearing burdens, practicing hospitality, caring for the sick and the marginal among them. Cited by Jesus as the diagnostic mark of his disciples (John 13:35). The Church Circle records observable practice, not aspirational claims.
CHCIR-PRY Prayer Communal and individual prayer, including intercession for the lost. The Church Circle records whether the body prays together, whether prayer for non-believers in members' oikos networks is part of the rhythm, and whether prayer is a felt presence rather than a perfunctory checkbox.
CHCIR-WOR Worship The body gathers in worship — singing, praise, expression of devotion. Form varies widely by tradition; the Church Circle records whether worship is happening, not which musical style it takes.
CHCIR-WRD Word Regular engagement with Scripture — teaching, reading, hearing, and obeying the Word. In DMM contexts the practice typically takes the form of a Discovery Bible Study or Three-Thirds rhythm; in established traditions it takes the form of preaching and structured teaching. The Church Circle records whether Scripture is shaping the body's life.
